How many plants will require watering and how much time is required. Please note that we water plants at your direction and cannot be responsible for any concerns that may arise. We do recommend placing plants on a service that cannot be damaged by leaking pots.

Please detail garden areas to be watered, how many potted plants you have and how much time you anticipate watering will take.

(Number/type of pets or time required may affect the price)

(There is no charge for an initial consultation and key pickup. There may be a fee to return keys. We encourage keys to be left with your HOUSEGUARD representative between bookings. This will leave you with a one step process during your busy holiday planning. Call us to book and done!)

Please complete and submit this contract to ensure that the reserved service may be provided. The Company reserves the right to cancel service without notice if this contract is not submitted. This contract may be signed in one or more counterparts, either originally or by way of facsimile or electronic delivery (each of which shall be deemed to be an original), all of which together shall constitute one and the same document. This contract and the terms and conditions attached hereto set forth the terms and conditions under which the Company will provide the services, including any future services, provided to you.

Contact & Emergency Information

In case of emergency, the following information may be needed for Houseguard to effectively look after your home and/or pet.
List names and phone numbers
The alarm company will only need your HOUSEGUARD reps name and dates they are visiting.
This will confirm that you are consenting to the provision of any personal information that may be requested and required by the Company to permit us to provide our services to you, and further that you are consenting to the Company’s continued storage of any such personal information for a reasonable period of time, under secure conditions, as may be required to allow us to continue to provide our services to you.
